RAII is pleased to welcome the Saudi minister of finance Dr. Ibrahim Bin Abdul Aziz Al Assaf accompanied with the Director General of the Saudi Fund for Development Eng. Yousef Al Bassam, the Saudi Ambassador Faisal bin Hamid Mualla, Mr. Ahmed AL Ghannam the Director General of Saudi Export program  of the Saudi Fund for Development and Mr. Ahmed Al Balawi the Director General of the Ministers of Finance office  to the RAII projects in River Nile State .

In order to maximize the utilization of available land which cannot be covered by the center pivot irrigation system, a trial is in the final stages of implementation which will evaluate the suitability of the rain gun, flood, floppy and lateral systems and their suitability for different conditions. It is expected that a higher level of efficiency will be achieved in land use and management practices.
